Weird Wednesday: 3310 Westhill 78704

Island? on Westhill in 78704

Weird Wednesday’s featured property is this 1982 brick house and creepy shed on a huge greenbelt lot. A weird long driveway hides the house from the street. It’s also on a Barton Creek tributary (the listing agent calls the property an “island”) and the land totals nearly 3/4 of an acre. If you are interested in making an offer, be aware the sale is subject to court approval.

It’s rare to see a property in central Austin with this much land and privacy, and the house has some potential.
